**Overall Responsibilities:**

+ Overall goal is to create and execute on a design strategy that balances business objectives and technical capabilities with a strong focus on the user

+ Determine conversation trees for top user issues (or patterns thereof)

+ Design a scalable interaction model that will guide how automated conversations are constructed based upon technical capabilities

+ Communicate the interaction model by using wireframes, storyboards, mockups, and/or high(er)-fidelity prototypes

**Top 3 Daily Responsibilities:**

1. Create and execute design framework

2. Test framework with user data

3. Communicate progress and challenges to primary stakeholders

**Required Skills:**

+ BA/BS in Design (interaction, product) 3+ years of progressive design experience or 5 years experience in lieu of degree

+ Strong portfolio of UX/ Interaction focused work samples

+ Proven record of partnering with designers, researchers, content strategists, and engineers to design and ship successful features or products

+ Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Not afraid to dig into data

+ Ability to do high-fidelity prototypes in order to illustrate concepts to stakeholders and/or perform user testing

+ Experience designing automated experiences across geos and languages

+ Understand user testing and research principles as a tool for problem solving

**Nice to have Skills (not required):**

+ Someone who has engineering capability experience such as APIs, data sources, JavaScript etc.

+ Someone comfortable designing across geo's and languages

+ UX researcher experience would be nice to have
