Project Integrator – Craftsman
Job Description and Requirements:

******JOB SUMMARY:** Provides Air Force Tactical Exploitation of National Capabilities (AF TENCAP) project management, systems engineering, technology development and integration support including assessments, planning, experiments, demonstrations, and rapid prototyping of national to tactical intelligence system capabilities including tactical sensor integration and multi-sensor fusion in direct support of service requirements to enhance USAF and joint warfighting capability. Provide technical, operations and programmatic support to AF TENCAP project initiation, planning, execution, transition and close out activities.
* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Science or Business from an accredited institution
* A minimum of five (5) years of experience in intelligence program support involving: SIGINT, ELINT, GEOINT, MASINT, NRO ground
station operations, USAF kinetic weapon systems or Special Operations.
**Clearance Requirement:**
* Top Secret/SCI.
* CONUS travel may be required.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (e.g., Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Access, and Outlook).
* PMP certification
* Advanced knowledge of US Intelligence Community (IC) Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) collection, dissemination and exploitation methods.
* Provide subject matter expertise related to any or a combination of: Signals Intelligence (SIGINT), Communications Intelligence
(COMINT), Electronic Intelligence (ELINT), Measures and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT), national agency U.S.C. Title 50 intelligence
system collection and dissemination architectures, communities and assets, ground station operations, tactical data links, and air
surveillance capabilities.
* Responsible for planning, direction, evaluation, and success of programs, systems development efforts, acquisition, andresearch and
development technology initiatives involving the application of US National System capabilities in support of warfighter requirements.
* Leverage new technologies to enhance national capabilities for US and joint fighter, bomber, attack and manned or unmanned
Intelligence, Surveillance and Reconnaissance (ISR) aircraft, and munitions capabilities.
* Facilitate the transition of these capabilities, innovative concepts, technologies, and processes to the warfighter through the planning
and execution of projects, proof of concept demonstrations, prototyping, testing and integration of quick reaction capabilities.
* Work with government and contractor program managers in support of AF TENCAP project development, execution and transition
including planning, programming, budgeting, scheduling, financial management execution, contracting, cost/risk analysis, engineering,
and logistics planning.
* Provide support by performing research on potential shortfalls of capabilities associated with national, operational and tactical weapons
systems and support AF TENCAP in identifying and evaluating current technologies for potential application against validated
* Plan and facilitate project evaluations, project proof of concept demonstrations, prototyping, testing and project quick reaction
capabilities and facilitate the integration of operational systems into those projects.
* Support managing technical and special security activities, oversee technical cost, performance, and project schedule metrics of other
contractor activities in the performance of AFTENCAP associated tasks and projects.
* Support transition and program integration activities; support transitioning of capabilities and technologies projects to other
organizations, and advise the Government of the need, implications and technical actions required to achieve transition.
* Additional duties as assigned.
